Orna salmon

20g sesame seeds

100g honey

30g soy sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp ground ginger

½ tsp cayenne

4 salmon darnes, skin on

4 spring onions, sliced

steamed rice, to serve

 

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with foil.

Toast the sesame seeds while the oven is warming up. Mix the sesame seeds, honey, soy sauce and spices to a paste. Put the salmon on the foil-lined tray, top with the paste and bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes. Top with the spring onions. This is so good served with steamed rice.
